Same player, same leaks, three tournaments

No specific strategy for the short-stack blinds. Once the stack drops to around 20bb, every orbit costs another 3bb without a clear plan to defend, jam, or fold. The leak is not the size of any one fold. The leak is the missing playbook for this exact depth.

Identity leak. In life this player is proactive with the unknown, the one who acts rather than waits. At the table the same wiring shows up as call-or-shove the moment a spot is unclear, instead of the cleaner answer (fold). The action is doing something. The discipline is doing nothing.

When the situation goes sideways with a broadway hand, the player does not fold enough, and sometimes turns the hand into a bluff. The "pretty" cards generate stories (it must be ahead, it must fold them out) that override what the action is actually telling them.
