האתר coachingbymay.com מופעל על ידי מאי מור, מאמנת פוקר וייעוץ קבלת החלטות, ישראל. ניתן לפנות אלינו בכל שאלת פרטיות במייל maymoore10@gmail.com.
איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
אנחנו אוספים שני סוגי מידע:
- מידע שאתם מספקים לנו ביוזמתכם - בעת קביעת שיחת היכרות (דרך Calendly), שליחת WhatsApp, או הרשמה לרשימת תפוצה. כולל שם, אימייל, ולעיתים מידע נוסף שאתם בוחרים לחלוק.
- מידע שנאסף אוטומטית - באמצעות עוגיות וכלי מדידה, כשאתם מסכימים לכך (פרטים בטבלת העוגיות למטה).
איך אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- לספק את שירותי האימון והייעוץ שלנו
- להבין איך מבקרים משתמשים באתר, כדי לשפר אותו
- ליצור איתכם קשר במידה ופניתם אלינו
- לעמוד בדרישות חוקיות (למשל הוצאת חשבוניות)
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי, לא משתפים אותו עם צדדים שלישיים מעבר לכלים שמפורטים בטבלה למטה, ולא משתמשים בו לכל מטרה שלא הסכמתם לה במפורש.
עוגיות וכלי מדידה
אנחנו משתמשים בעוגיות (cookies) ובכלי מדידה כדי להפעיל את האתר ולהבין איך הוא בשימוש. כשאתם מבקרים באתר בפעם הראשונה, יופיע באנר שמאפשר לכם לקבל הכל, לדחות הכל, או לבחור.

אפשר לשנות את ההעדפות בכל זמן באמצעות לחיצה על "העדפות עוגיות" בתחתית כל עמוד.

- YouTube - הטמעת סרטונים. אנחנו משתמשים במצב פרטיות מורחב.
- Google Fonts - גופנים. אנחנו טוענים מ-Google CDN.
הזכויות שלכם
על פי תקנות GDPR האירופאיות וחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, יש לכם זכויות:
- גישה - לקבל עותק של המידע ששמרנו עליכם
- תיקון - לתקן מידע שגוי או חלקי
- מחיקה - לבקש שנמחק את המידע (כפוף לדרישות חוקיות)
- התנגדות - להתנגד לעיבוד מסוים, כולל פרסום ממוקד
- ניידות - לקבל את המידע בפורמט מובנה
- חזרה מהסכמה - בכל זמן, בלי לפגוע בעיבוד שכבר בוצע
- הגשת תלונה - לרשות להגנת הפרטיות בישראל או לרשות הרגולציה בארץ מגוריכם

אבטחת מידע
האתר משתמש ב-HTTPS, עם תעודת SSL מנוהלת על ידי Netlify. מידע אישי שאתם שולחים נשמר במערכות מאובטחות, ולא נשמר על שרתים בלתי-מוצפנים. אנחנו לא שומרים פרטי תשלום באתר; תשלומים מבוצעים ישירות מול ספקי הסליקה.
העברה בינלאומית של מידע
חלק מהשירותים שאנחנו משתמשים בהם (Google, Meta, Microsoft) הם בארה"ב. ההעברה נעשית תחת מנגנונים חוקיים כמו תקני SCC של האיחוד האירופי.
שמירת מידע
אנחנו שומרים מידע רק כל עוד הוא נדרש למטרה שלשמה נאסף, או למשך התקופה שמחייב החוק. מידע אנליטי מסומם (לא מזוהה) נשמר עד 14 חודשים. מידע ליצירת קשר נמחק לפי בקשה או 24 חודשים לאחר הקשר האחרון, לפי המוקדם.
שינויים במדיניות
נעדכן את המדיניות מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יסומנו בבירור עם תאריך עדכון חדש. המשך השימוש באתר לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה למדיניות העדכנית.

What information we collect
We collect two types of information:
- Information you provide directly - when you book a discovery call (via Calendly), send a WhatsApp message, or sign up for a future mailing list. Includes name, email, and any additional context you choose to share.
- Information collected automatically - via cookies and tracking tools, when you consent to them (details in the cookies table below).
How we use the information
- To provide our coaching and consulting services
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
- To respond to inquiries you send us
- To comply with legal requirements (such as invoicing)
We do not sell personal information, do not share it with third parties beyond the tools listed in the table below, and do not use it for any purpose you have not explicitly consented to.

Your rights
Under EU GDPR and Israel Privacy Protection Law, you have rights to:
- Access - get a copy of the information we hold on you
- Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erasure - request we delete the information (subject to legal requirements)
- Object - object to certain processing, including targeted advertising
- Portability - receive the information in a structured format
- Withdraw consent - at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
- Lodge a complaint - with the Israel Privacy Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country

Information security
The site uses HTTPS with SSL managed by Netlify. Personal information you send is stored in secure systems and is not held on unencrypted servers. We do not store payment details on the site; payments are processed directly by payment providers.
International data transfers
Some of the services we use (Google, Meta, Microsoft) are based in the USA. Transfers occur under lawful mechanisms such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Data retention
We retain information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or for the period required by law. Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Contact information is deleted upon request or 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. Substantive changes will be clearly marked with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
