Who we are

coachingbymay.com is operated by May Mor, identity-first poker coach and decision-making consultant, based in Israel. For any privacy question, contact us at maymoore10@gmail.com.

What information we collect

We collect two types of information:

1. Information you provide directly - when you book a discovery call (via Calendly), send a WhatsApp message, or sign up for a future mailing list. Includes name, email, and any additional context you choose to share.
2. Information collected automatically - via cookies and tracking tools, when you consent to them (details in the cookies table below).

How we use the information

• To provide our coaching and consulting services
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
• To respond to inquiries you send us
• To comply with legal requirements (such as invoicing)

We do not sell personal information, do not share it with third parties beyond the tools listed in the table below, and do not use it for any purpose you have not explicitly consented to.

Cookies and tracking tools

We use cookies and tracking tools to operate the site and understand how it's used. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all, or customize.

Other services we use

• Calendly - for booking discovery calls. Their policy: calendly.com/privacy
• Netlify - site hosting. Their policy: netlify.com/privacy
• YouTube - embedded videos. We use the enhanced privacy mode.
• Google Fonts - typography. Loaded from Google's CDN.

Your rights

Under EU GDPR and Israel Privacy Protection Law, you have rights to:

• Access - get a copy of the information we hold on you
• Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Erasure - request we delete the information (subject to legal requirements)
• Object - object to certain processing, including targeted advertising
• Portability - receive the information in a structured format
• Withdraw consent - at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
• Lodge a complaint - with the Israel Privacy Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country

Information security

The site uses HTTPS with SSL managed by Netlify. Personal information you send is stored in secure systems and is not held on unencrypted servers. We do not store payment details on the site; payments are processed directly by payment providers.

International data transfers

Some of the services we use (Google, Meta, Microsoft) are based in the USA. Transfers occur under lawful mechanisms such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Data retention

We retain information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or for the period required by law. Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Contact information is deleted upon request or 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time. Substantive changes will be clearly marked with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

A Note on Poker and Responsible Play

Coaching by May is designed exclusively for people who have already made the decision to play - whether recreationally or professionally - and want to improve their performance and decision-making at the table.

What coaching can and cannot do:

• Coaching can help you identify leaks, build better habits, and make decisions more aligned with who you are at the table.
• Coaching cannot eliminate variance. Some players will lose money regardless of coaching quality.
• Past results, including May's WSOP Circuit Ring (Ladies Event, 2026), are not predictions of future earnings for any individual player.
• No coaching session or methodology can guarantee any specific financial outcome.

Your acknowledgment - by engaging in coaching with May Mor, you confirm:

1. You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
2. Playing poker is your free, informed choice and not the result of compulsion.
3. You understand that coaching cannot guarantee profit and does not reduce the inherent risk of the game.
4. You will gamble only with money you can afford to lose.
5. You will seek professional help if you feel your play has become problematic.
